| Donald M. O’Shei is a Principal in and Managing Partner of TriLateral Energy LLC. Mr. O’Shei also currently serves as a Board member of the Wyoming Infrastructure Authority. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer of International Water Ltd., Bechtel Corporation’s water utility subsidiary. Before that he served as Co-President and Chief Operating Officer of MidAmerican Energy Holdings Corp. (“MEHC”), the parent company of CalEnergy (an international IPP), MidAmerican Energy Company (Iowa utility) and Northern Electric (a regional electric company in the U.K.). He also served as Vice Chairman, President and COO of CalEnergy, which developed and built power plants in the U.S., Asia and Europe. Prior to CalEnergy, Mr. O’Shei acted as Project Manager for the Multi-National Forces and Observers Facilities and Support Team in the Sinai, Egypt for the Negev Airbase Construction Program and for the California Conservation Corps. Base Camp Construction Program. He also served in the U.S. Army Special Forces. Mr. O’Shei holds an M.B.A. in finance from the University of San Francisco. | ![]() |
| Adrian Foley is a Principal in TriLateral Energy LLC. Previously Mr. Foley served as Vice President for Marketing for MidAmerican Energy Holdings Corp., a diversified utility and IPP holding company (“MEHC”) and its predecessor CalEnergy Co. from 1993 to 2001. Mr. Foley was extensively involved in CalEnergy’s strategic planning, business and project development efforts, directing market intelligence, due diligence and marketing activities worldwide. Prior to joining MEHC/CalEnergy Mr. Foley owned and operated his own real estate development firm,constructing several residential communities in the Northeastern United States, including all housing, roads, community facilities and utility infrastructure. Mr. Foley also previously served as a regional Manager at Ogden Projects Inc., specializing in waste-to-energy and related projects such as landfill gas and biomass. Mr. Foley initiated TriLateral’s acquisition with a development partner of a large portfolio of wind projects from Renewable Energy Systems, U.S.A. | ![]() |
| Steven McArthur is a Principal in TriLateral Energy LLC. From 1991 to 2001, Mr. McArthur served as the Senior Vice President & General Counsel of MidAmerican Energy Holdings Corp. (“MEHC”) and its predecessor CalEnergy Co. He was responsible for managing all corporate, utility and project legal and regulatory matters, and in particular for numerous acquisitions and structured project financings. During his tenure at MEHC/CalEnergy, Mr. McArthur supervised all major acquisitions of projects and portfolio companies and all related corporate and project financings. Prior to his corporate career, Mr. McArthur worked on various regulatory and corporate matters and acquisitions and investments for various companies as an attorney at Shearman & Sterling in San Francisco and for utility clients as an attorney at Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam & Roberts in New York City. Mr. McArthur holds a J.D. degree from New York University Law School. | ![]() |
